Team Member/Closer

We’re seeking service team members to offer gelato samples and recommendations, scoop dishes, make delicious coffee, meticulously clean at every opportunity, and, most importantly, brighten customers’ days. You’ll be responsible for all aspects of the front of our store, with a constant focus on making a memorable, high-quality experience for customers. Must be able to follow a checklist independently to close down store.

Minimum requirements:
- One year of customer service experience preferred, but not required. A desire to work diligently in a fast-paced environment and unshakable attention to customers’ needs is what we seek most.
- Be kind at all times. Show poise, presence, and professionalism.
- Must have a team-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable operating the shop independently.
- Being “coach-able” is absolutely required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be warm, friendly, confident, and willing to give 110% every time to make every customer and your fellow team members feel like a million bucks.

Skills/abilities required:
- Strong desire to serve the highest quality products with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate calmly and effectively with co-workers and customers in a fast-paced environment.
- Devotion to delighting customers with engaged hospitality.
- Ability to quickly learn the ways of customer service.
