Overview:

Sky Zone Durham is looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and responsible individuals to join our team! Team Members are the heart of the guest experience—whether you're monitoring courts, assisting guests at the register, or leading a birthday party, your job is to create a fun, safe, and memorable experience while delivering outstanding customer service.

Team Member Roles & Responsibilities:

Court Monitor

• Supervise trampoline courts and enforce safety rules consistently
• Actively engage with guests to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience
• Monitor guest behavior and respond appropriately to issues
• Assist with cleaning and sanitizing trampolines, foam pits, and surrounding areas

Cashier

• Greet guests and process admissions and purchases quickly and accurately
• Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments responsibly
• Upsell memberships, promotions, and food/beverage items to drive sales
• Maintain a clean and organized front counter and kitchen area

Party Host

• Deliver an outstanding birthday party experience from start to finish
• Lead games and activities with energy and professionalism
• Communicate clearly and warmly with parents and guests
• Maintain and clean party rooms before, during, and after events

Team Lead Responsibilities:

• Support the management team with day-to-day operations
• Ensure that team members are performing duties effectively and upholding brand standards
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including facility walk-throughs and checklists
• Coach and redirect staff in the moment when necessary
• Address guest concerns professionally and report any major issues to management
• Help coordinate staffing assignments and break schedules
• Serve as a positive role model and lead by example in all work areas

General Expectations (All Team Members):

• Deliver excellent customer service at all times
• Uphold safety and cleanliness standards throughout the facility, including trampolines, restrooms, and kitchen areas
• Maintain a professional, team-oriented attitude
• Be proactive in driving sales and upselling Sky Zone offerings
• Follow all company policies, including uniform, conduct, and safety procedures
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays is required

Pay: $9.00 - $14.00 per hour
