Tommy's Express Car Wash in New Port Richey, FL is hiring!

Learn all aspects of Tommy's Express Car Wash operations! We are currently seeking the right person who likes to work with their hands, values guest interaction, quality-driven, and demonstrates People First Leadership. We are immediately interviewing full time and part time Car Wash Attendants and Shift Leaders/MIT's.

Here is what we ask of our amazing Tommy's Express Team Members:

• Excellent Guest Service - Energetically inform guests of our variety of car wash services, as well as our membership! Smile and be upbeat during every guest interaction.
• Work With Your Hands- Team members perform quality inspections and routine cleaning in the wash tunnel, the vacuum area, and on company grounds. This ensures optimal performance of our wash, and promotes a clean image!
• Job Rotation - Our team rotates through four different job functions every shift they work. Enjoy flexing between job functions indoors, as well as outdoors!
• Teamwork Focused Culture - Actively contributes to the team, and is committed to achieving the team's goals!
• Strong Work Ethic- Reliability to show up for work and be on time. Arrives in uniform and ready to serve our guests! Be able to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Flexible Schedule- We are open 7 days a week, and schedule our team between the hours of 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Team members can expect to have day shifts, night shifts, and weekend shifts are required. We have a strict attendance policy.

Customer service:

• Greet our guests as the pull up to our pay lane.
• Use a specific script with every guest.
• Presell/upsell our wash packages and unlimited memberships to help expedite the flow of traffic at the pay lane.
• Welcome any new guest or member in the vacuum area
• Confirm wash quality with our guest in the vacuum area
• Maintain an upbeat, positive and energetic energy whilst at work

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour. Paid weekly via Direct Deposit!
