The Nagy Group Team is looking for a dedicated Team Agent to help us keep up with the amount of leads and clients we have coming on.

What We Provide Our Team Agents:

- Zillow Premier Status (buyers from Zillow connected directly to you)

- Ongoing training and classes

- Full Transaction Coordination and Administrative Support

- Social Media Coaching, Videography, and Post Material

- We Help Build Your Brand, Not Ours (our goal is that every agent will eventually grow to the point they don't need us anymore)

Requirements:

- Active MI Real Estate License, or in process of obtaining

- Weekly Team Calls/Meeting Participation

- In Office Onboarding/Training

- KPI Levels Maintained for Zillow Program

This role is ideal for someone ready to hit the ground running and who is eager to learn and develop. We are committed to helping our agents grow and succeed, and committed to providing the best service to all of our clients. Because of that we do not bring on every agent. This is a 1099 Commission only position.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
