Job Summary

The Team Sales Officer (TSO) is responsible for supervising and guiding a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets, increase market share, and strengthen customer relationships. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to ensure effective sales execution in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and manage a team of sales representatives/salesmen in the assigned region.

· Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

· Conduct market visits to monitor product availability, visibility, and pricing.

· Implement sales promotions, trade offers, and schemes effectively.

· Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.

· Collect competitor insights and provide market intelligence reports.

· Motivate, train, and develop sales staff to improve performance.

· Ensure timely reporting of sales, stock, and market feedback to management.

· Note: Honest, Pious Capable candidates will be preferred.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

· 2–4 years of experience in sales (FMCG/Telecom/Distribution sector preferred).

· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

· Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
