Team Support Coordinator

Duties

  • Serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors and managing multi-line phone systems with professionalism and warmth
  • Handle all incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries efficiently and courteously
  • Manage calendar appointments, schedule meetings, and coordinate office events using Google Workspace tools
  • Perform data entry, maintain filing systems, and ensure accurate record keeping for various administrative functions
  • Support bookkeeping activities, including invoicing, expense tracking.
  • Assist with office management tasks such as supply ordering, maintaining cleanliness, and organizing shared spaces
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring positive interactions at all times

Experience

  • Prior office experience or clerical background demonstrating familiarity with administrative tasks and office procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is highly desirable
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy along with proofreading skills to ensure clear communication
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously
