The Teamcenter Administrator is responsible for managing, configuring, and maintaining Siemens Teamcenter PLM environments. This role ensures system stability, data integrity, and smooth integration with enterprise applications, supporting engineering and manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities System Administration Install, configure, and maintain Teamcenter environments. Perform upgrades, patches, and backups. Monitor system performance and ensure high availability. User & Workflow Management Manage user accounts, roles, and access rights. Configure workflows, lifecycle states, and change management processes. Integration & Support Integrate Teamcenter with CAD tools and ERP systems (SAP). Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve errors. Collaborate with IT, engineering, and business teams for PLM optimization. Customization & Enhancements Maintain BMIDE configurations and Active Workspace deployments. Deploy new Teamcenter features and enhancements. Support API integrations and data flow between enterprise systems. Documentation & Compliance Create and maintain system documentation and user guidelines. Implement disaster recovery procedures and ensure compliance with standards. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 3-7+ years of experience in Teamcenter administration and support. Strong understanding of PLM concepts and configuration management. Technical Skills Siemens Teamcenter modules: Change Management, BOM, Item Revisions. BMIDE, Active Workspace, workflow configuration. OS: Windows/Linux; scripting (Shell, Batch). Programming: Java, C/C++, ITK customization. Database: Oracle/SQL Server. Familiarity with CAD and ERP integrations. Soft Skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
