About the Role

As a Crew Member, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience every time they visit. You’ll be working on the front line—preparing delicious meals, serving customers with a smile, and maintaining a clean and welcoming restaurant environment. Your positive attitude and efficiency will help keep operations running smoothly, especially during peak hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service

• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
• Provide knowledgeable assistance with menu items and promotions
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally

Food Preparation

• Prepare, cook, and assemble food items according to company standards
• Ensure all food served meets safety and quality guidelines
• Maintain stock levels and restock stations as needed

Operational Duties

• Operate cash registers and handle transactions responsibly
• Follow safety, hygiene, and cleanliness protocols at all times
• Support team members to ensure efficient workflow
• Assist with opening or closing procedures when required

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years experience in a fast-food restaurant (essential)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work quickly and stay calm under pressure
• Strong team player with a positive attitude
• Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene (training provided if needed)
