Molly Tea is a contemporary Chinese tea brand inspired by Eastern white flowers. We bring the charm of Eastern tea culture to life in a fresh, modern way.

We are seeking a friendly, efficient, and customer-focused Barista to join our vibrant team specifically for the evening time and weekends.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve tea, boba, and other beverages according to company recipes and customer preferences.
• Assist with food and drink preparation while strictly following food safety and handling standards.
• Provide warm and attentive customer service by answering questions, offering recommendations, and ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain smooth and efficient operations, especially during peak hours.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Reliable transportation and the ability to arrive at work on time.
• Ability to perform well under pressure while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers and coworkers.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-service mindset.
• Prior food or beverage experience is preferred, but not required.

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
