Job Description

Webbuggs is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth in the IT services domain.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new leads through online platforms and direct outreach
  • Communicate with potential local and international clients
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
  • Prepare proposals and follow up with prospects
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Coordinate with technical and project teams

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience with IT services, software sales, or digital services is preferred
  • Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, or B2B sales channels is a plus
  • Target-driven and self-motivated personality
