Tech Customer Support Specialist (English & Armenian)

Job Description:

Flagman Telecom is looking for a reliable Tech Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist customers by phone and email, resolve service and billing inquiries, and provide basic technical support while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems
• Assist customers with billing questions, service requests, and basic technical issues
• Send and manage professional business communications
• Track and update customer requests using internal tools
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments
• Handle high call volumes while maintaining excellent customer service
• Complete additional tasks and projects assigned by management to improve operational efficiency

Qualifications:

• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
• Previous customer service, call center, or technical support experience is a plus

Requirements:

• Fluent in both English and Armenian is a MUST
• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
• Valid work authorization
