ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Tech Dispatch Associate , you will play a key role in our Global Network Operations Center by coordinating and dispatching field technicians to meet critical client needs. You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth operations — posting the right technician to the right job, maintaining strong vendor relationships, and keeping clients informed every step of the way.

This is a dynamic position that combines problem-solving, multitasking, coordination and client service. From managing dispatches and monitoring technician arrivals to resolving disputes and preparing reports, you’ll be at the center of ensuring service excellence.


WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Dispatch and track technicians using phone, email, and web-based tools.
  • Manage contractor and technician lists, maintaining preferred vendor records.
  • Ensure technicians are fully equipped and informed for each assignment.
  • Keep clients updated on job status and technician arrival times.
  • Mediate disputes related to payment or work performed.
  • Track repeat visits, analyze causes, and publish weekly reports.
  • Follow established processes to ensure quality, consistency, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to anticipate and resolve risks.
  • Take ownership of requests received via email or phone, ensuring timely resolution.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in office administration or a dispatch/coordination role.
  • Strong experience with international shipping and courier processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A positive, results-driven attitude with a commitment to outstanding customer service.
  • Flexibility to support a 24/7/365 operation (shift coverage required).
  • Knowledge of Windows, Linux, or Mac operating systems is an asset.
