Role Purpose: Responsible for leading the overall IT team or module in a particular location, specialized It function, implementing programs and managing escalations raised by Supports. Responsible for daily operative goals within the IT department at unit level Key Accountabilities: Experience in a specific IT sub function. B.Tech/B.E Computer Science/IT. 6-10 years experience. Preferred Experience and Qualification:

Analyses business requirements and translates them into technical designs as per the initiatives planned

Leads application development conforming to the functional/ performance/ user experience requirements

Determines operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats

Designs new configurations by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities

Improves systems by studying current practices and designing modifications as required

Leads development of POCs on various tools and technologies to support business in making a decision.
