Tech Lead – Java

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead – Java with strong leadership and hands-on experience in enterprise-grade Java applications. The ideal candidate will guide the team, ensure code quality, lead architecture decisions, and play a pivotal role in the full development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Java development team across full SDLC.
• Defined scalable solutions and micro services using Spring Boot and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
• Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality and mentor developers.
• Collaborate with front-end, DevOps, and QA teams.
• Interface with stakeholders for requirement gathering and solutioning.

Technical Skills (Mandatory)

• Core Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate
• RESTful APIs, Microservices
• CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes
• Exposure to cloud (Azure/AWS)
• Knowledge of Databases (SQL/NoSQL)
• Understanding of Usage of AI tools

Nice to Have

• Experience in Microservices Architecture
• Hands-on with DevOps practices and tooling
