We are a fast-growing startup building innovative software solutions (AI, SaaS, and custom platforms). We are looking for a highly driven Business Developer who can help us scale revenue, build partnerships, and bring in high-quality clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities (B2B clients, startups, enterprises)
- Generate leads through networking, outreach, and digital channels
- Pitch software solutions (AI tools, SaaS products, custom development)
- Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation → meetings → proposal → closing
- Work closely with founders and technical team to align client needs with product capabilities
- Build long-term relationships with clients and partners
- Represent the company in meetings, events, and online platforms
- Continuously gather market feedback and help refine the product strategy
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or similar roles (preferably in tech/startups)
- Strong understanding of software products (SaaS, AI, web/mobile apps)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them in business terms
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, unstructured startup environment
- Proven ability to close deals and meet revenue targets
Preferred Skills:
- Experience selling AI or SaaS products
- Existing network in industries like Real Estate, Fintech, or E-commerce
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Experience working directly with founders or small teams
