Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and technically strong Freshers to join our team as Tech Sales Executives – Industrial Automation.

This role blends technical knowledge with sales and client interaction. You will be responsible for promoting automation solutions such as PLC, SCADA, VFDs, Robotics integration, and smart factory solutions to industrial clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for engineering graduates who want to build a career in techno-commercial and B2B industrial sales.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Business Development

• Identify potential customers in Manufacturing, Textile, Automotive, Process Industries, and OEM sectors
• Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, and industrial networking
• Support in building and managing a strong sales pipeline

Technical Sales Support

• Understand client automation requirements
• Assist in product demonstrations and technical presentations
• Coordinate with engineering teams for solution design and proposal preparation

Proposal & Commercial Support

• Prepare basic techno-commercial quotations
• Follow up with customers for approvals and order closures
• Support complete sales cycle (Lead → Demo → Proposal → PO → Payment)

Client Relationship Management

• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients
• Ensure proper documentation and CRM updates
• Build long-term industrial relationships

Skills & Competencies

• Basic knowledge of PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, Sensors & Control Systems
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel for industrial site visits
• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
• Good problem-solving and learning attitude

Qualifications

• B.E / B.Tech – EEE / ECE / E&I
• Strong interest in Industrial Automation & B2B Sales

Experience

• Freshers (0–1 year) can apply
• Internship or project experience in Automation / Control Systems is an added advantage
