We’re looking for an Tech Quality & Test engineer (AO) to:

• Create test plan, Automated test execution, and improve the digital products and technology services we provide to our clients and employees.
• Apply a broad range of software testing engineering practices, from analyzing user needs to automated testing via agile methodologies.
• Ensure the quality, security, reliability, and compliance of our solutions by applying our digital principles and implementing both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Understand, represent, and advocate for client needs.
• Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues and contribute regularly to our engineering culture and internal communities.

You’ll be working in the TS ASR Quality Engineering team based in our Pune BSC office. We analyze, develop and deliver global solutions to maintain or change our IT systems with our business counterparts. As an Tech Quality & Test Engineer you'll play an important role in ensuring the development methodology is followed and lead technical design discussions with the architects. Candidate

• Experience: 5 to 8 years in functional, non-functional, and automation testing.
• Team Management: Capable of managing a team of 4-5 members.
• Technical Skills:

o Strong hands-on experience in test automation development using Java, API testing with Rest Assured, and Selenium.
o Performance testing using Load Runner.
o Good understanding of Java, BDD Cucumber, and TestNG or JUnit based testing frameworks.
o Understanding of RESTful APIs and tools like Postman or any REST API testing tool.

• Project Management:

o Able to monitor, track, and report testing progress.
o Keep project stakeholders informed of test progress, impediments, risks, and issues.

• Attention to Detail: Meticulous eye for detail.
• Performance Testing: Knowledge is preferred.
• Mobile Testing: Knowledge is a plus.
• CI/CD Tools: Experience with GitLab.
• Automation Frameworks: Proven experience in building and updating automation frameworks from scratch.
• Test Development:

o Develop and execute maintainable automation tests for functional, non-functional, and regression test cases.
o Investigate and debug test failures, update tests, or report bugs as necessary.
o Provide test coverage analysis based on automation results.

• Manual Testing: Develop and execute manual tests for functional, non-functional, and regression test cases.
• Methodologies: Knowledge and experience with Agile delivery methodologies, TDD, and BDD.
• Innovation: Passion for driving new ideas and standards.
• Communication Skills:

o Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
o Ability to brief, document, and explain technical details to both technical staff and business users.
o Strong stakeholder management skills.

• Work Ethic:

o Comfortable working independently when tasks are assigned.
o Self-motivated, organized, proactive, results-driven, and a committed team player.
o Smart and good in communication.
o Good with logical analysis.
