Job Title: Tech Support Executive – IT & Digital Services

Experience: 2–3 Years
Location: Patna, Bihar

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and tech-savvy Tech Support Executive with 2 to 3 years of experience to manage and support clients using our website development, mobile app development, SEO, and digital marketing services. The role involves client coordination, technical support, issue resolution, and smooth project communication between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients after project onboarding.
  • Manage client queries related to websites, mobile apps, SEO, hosting, and domains.
  • Coordinate with developers, designers, SEO, and sales teams to resolve client issues.
  • Track project progress and provide regular updates to clients.
  • Handle technical support tickets, bug reports, and service requests.
  • Assist clients with basic technical issues (CMS usage, hosting panel, email setup, SEO reports).
  • Ensure SLA adherence and timely issue resolution.
  • Maintain proper client documentation and support records.
  • Build long-term relationships and ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in technical support / client support / IT coordination.
  • Basic understanding of website development, app development, and SEO services.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred).
  • Knowledge of domains, hosting, DNS, email configuration.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
  • Strong communication (verbal & written) and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using ticketing systems, CRM, or project management tools.

Preferred / Good to Have

  • Experience working in IT services or digital marketing companies.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or mobile apps.
  • Experience handling B2B clients.
  • Understanding of SEO reports and analytics basics.
  • Knowledge of tools like Jira, Trello, Zoho, Freshdesk, or similar.
