Tech Support Representative

Floral Accounting Systems (FAS) currently seeks a Tech Support Representative. In this role, you will assist FAS's end users (i.e. florists, business owners, and their staff) with technical issues that arise out of their use of the FAS point-of-sale system. This will include tasks such as setting up networks, troubleshooting hardware (Linux servers, PC workstations, and misc. network devices), providing training on how to use the point-of-sale software, and much more.

Prior technical experience (in IT or helpdesk related roles) is desired, but not necessary. FAS's technical teams will provide training.

Located in Ruston, LA, FAS provides point-of-sale systems and business management software in the floral and garden center industry, across the United States. FAS systems take orders, print tickets, process credit cards, route deliveries via a smartphone app, integrate to e-commerce websites, process payroll, print tax forms, manage A/R and A/P, reconcile bank accounts, and much more.
