Technical Support Representative

Wyoming.com is growing and has openings for Technical Support Representatives.

$12 to $13 per hour, plus Full-Time Benefits.

Duties and Tasks/Essential Functions:

• Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about their internet and or email issues.
• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving internet connectivity, email clients, VOIP and Fax.
• Identify and escalate customer internet connectivity issues by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms.
• Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary.

Skill and Knowledge Qualifications:

• Proper phone etiquette.
• Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately.
• Knowledge of relevant software computer applications and equipment.
• Effective listening skills.
• Multi-tasking capabilities; being able to type and speak at same time.
