The ideal candidate will be comfortable speaking with small business owners over the telephone, and helping them diagnose/troubleshoot technical issues with a web based “CRM” (Customer Relationship Management) software application.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accurately identify and troubleshoot issues and provide resolution for our web based CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software application over the phone or ‘screen share’.
- Facilitate new user training and on-boarding - Help customers (small business owners) set up their application and customize to their specific needs.
- Facilitate password recovery requests, answer ‘how do I’ questions, solve browser related issues and general web application troubleshooting.
- Maintain a positive, friendly, “customer first” tone and help customers understand the system without overwhelming them with “tech jargon”.
- Self Motivated with a desire and drive to work hard and grow yourself both personally and technically
- Facilitate outbound and inbound calls to prospect for and qualify prospective users
- Ability to work well in a tight knit team environment
- Ability to multi task and manage multiple priorities with grace.
- Flexibility – We focus on the customer, so we must be able to help them even if it’s somewhat “outside” the scope of our service.
- Exceptional communication skills both written and oral
