We are seeking motivated and curious Fresher DevOps Engineers to join our on-premises infrastructure team. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build expertise in automation, deployment, and infrastructure management within data centers or private network environments. You’ll work closely with system administrators and developers to ensure smooth integration between software development and IT operations.

Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of servers, storage, and network infrastructure in on-premise environments.

Support and automate build, deployment, and release processes using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Ansible.

Monitor and maintain Linux and Windows servers, ensuring high availability and performance.

Manage version control systems (Git) and support branching, merging, and release processes.

Implement infrastructure automation scripts using Shell, Python, or Ansible.

Collaborate with developers to deploy applications in test, staging, and production environments.

Assist in system monitoring, log management, and performance tuning using tools like Nagios, Zabbix, or ELK Stack.

Participate in backup, recovery, and security management of systems and services.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Strong understanding of Linux / Unix administration and basic Windows server management.

Familiarity with network fundamentals – IP addressing, DNS, routing, firewalls, and load balancing.

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (Jenkins, Git, Ansible, etc.).

Basic scripting knowledge in Shell / Bash / Python.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

Passion for automating repetitive tasks and improving system efficiency.

Exposure to virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, or KVM).

Understanding of configuration management and infrastructure provisioning.

Familiarity with database administration (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle).
