Job Description:
Ninetrix Qatar is seeking a skilled and client-focused Technical Account Manager to manage key client relationships and ensure the successful delivery of technical solutions. Based in Lusail Marina District, the ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients, bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned client accounts
• Serve as the main point of contact for technical and service-related inquiries
• Understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery
• Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Provide technical guidance, support, and product knowledge to clients
• Prepare reports, presentations, and account reviews for management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience in account management, preferably in a technical or IT environment
• Strong understanding of technical solutions, systems, or software services
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
