Technical Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Analyst to manage, maintain, and optimize our server infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with TSplus Remote Access, Acronis backup solutions, and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.). You will play a critical role in ensuring high availability, performance, and security of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments (2012, 2016, 2019, 2022).
• Monitor server performance and availability, ensuring systems are running optimally.
• Manage and configure TSplus for remote access and multi-user environments.
• Implement and maintain Acronis backup solutions, including scheduled backups, restoration processes, and disaster recovery.
• Deploy, configure, and manage virtual machines (VMware/Hyper-V) across multiple environments.
• Perform regular system updates, patch management, and security hardening.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to servers, remote access, backup failures, and virtual machines.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for server configurations, procedures, and recovery plans.
• Collaborate with IT team members to plan and implement infrastructure projects.
• Ensure compliance with data protection policies and business continuity planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience with Windows Server Administration.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with TSplus Remote Access (installation, configuration, licensing, troubleshooting).
• Strong understanding of Acronis Cyber Backup or similar backup and disaster recovery tools.
• Experience with VMware ESXi, vSphere, or Microsoft Hyper-V.
• Familiarity with networking concepts: DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Strong understanding of IT security practices and protocols.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
