Technical Analyst for Portal Operations Team

Clario is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Analyst to support our digital platforms and enhance client delivery across respiratory and clinical systems. This role plays a key part in ensuring the quality, configuration, and operational readiness of our MyStudy Portal and related services. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver high-impact solutions that improve study setup and user experience. What You’ll Be Doing

Perform operational tasks under the guidance of senior analysts or directors
Configure new study setups using the EXPClario database
Conduct quality checks on study configurations, web content, reports, and contact data
Manage user accounts, privileges, and assignments
Attend planning meetings to gather study startup requirements
Maintain administrative databases and ensure accurate data entry
Collaborate with internal and client teams to update portal content
Ensure timely completion of assigned project tasks within scope
Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Follow up on issues and ensure timely resolution
Apply departmental SOPs and standard work instructions
Contribute to tool development and process improvements
Share product knowledge with sales and support teams
Assist in client training and presentation delivery

What We Look For

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
2+ years of relevant business or consulting experience
Familiarity with the pharmaceutical or regulated industry
Understanding of technical architecture components for implementation
Proven ability to anticipate customer needs and deliver practical solutions
Knowledge of project planning and time management techniques
Strong interpersonal skills and client relationship management
Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
Problem-solving skills for recurring technical issues
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, VB, Windows OS, UNIX, and OLAP tools
Based in India with flexibility for remote work
