Technical Analyst for Portal Operations Team
Clario is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Analyst to support our digital platforms and enhance client delivery across respiratory and clinical systems. This role plays a key part in ensuring the quality, configuration, and operational readiness of our MyStudy Portal and related services. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver high-impact solutions that improve study setup and user experience. What You’ll Be Doing
  • Perform operational tasks under the guidance of senior analysts or directors
  • Configure new study setups using the EXPClario database
  • Conduct quality checks on study configurations, web content, reports, and contact data
  • Manage user accounts, privileges, and assignments
  • Attend planning meetings to gather study startup requirements
  • Maintain administrative databases and ensure accurate data entry
  • Collaborate with internal and client teams to update portal content
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned project tasks within scope
  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Follow up on issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Apply departmental SOPs and standard work instructions
  • Contribute to tool development and process improvements
  • Share product knowledge with sales and support teams
  • Assist in client training and presentation delivery
What We Look For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of relevant business or consulting experience
  • Familiarity with the pharmaceutical or regulated industry
  • Understanding of technical architecture components for implementation
  • Proven ability to anticipate customer needs and deliver practical solutions
  • Knowledge of project planning and time management techniques
  • Strong interpersonal skills and client relationship management
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
  • Problem-solving skills for recurring technical issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, VB, Windows OS, UNIX, and OLAP tools
  • Based in India with flexibility for remote work
