Technical Analyst

Serve as liaison between business / domain teams & engineering; Gather, analyze, translate business requirements to technical specs; Assist in design reviews, impact analysis, change requests; Provide domain support, troubleshoot escalations; Document funct ional & non-functional requirements, use cases, process flows 10+ years as technical / business analyst / domain support; Strong domain knowledge in the business area; Excellent communication, stakeholder handling; Ability to understand technical architecture, APIs, data flows; Analytical, problem-solving, documentation skills

Design, run & analyze performance / load / stress / endurance tests; Identify bottlenecks, memory leaks, latency issues; Collaborate with dev / infra for performance tuning; Automate performance tests & integrate into regression pipelines; Report findings, track improvements 6+ years in performance / load testing; Experience with JMeter, Gatling, Locust, LoadRunner; Profiling, tuning, resource optimization; Understanding of architecture, concurrency, caching; Analytical skills, reporting, collaboration
