It develops and publishes many games that have achieved great success in international markets. Reaching millions of players with different products in PC, mobile and NFT game categories, Joygame aims to provide entertainment experiences to players across all continents with local content.

We are looking for a Senior / Technical Animator (ARPG Games) for our Madbyte studio in İstanbul, and the needed qualifications are listed below.

As a Senior / Technical Animator, you will work closely with our design, rigging, and technical art teams to create high-quality real-time animations using Maya and Unreal Engine . You will be responsible for creating gameplay and cinematic animations, integrating them into the engine, and optimizing animation workflows.


Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the CG or game animation field
  • Strong proficiency in Autodesk Maya (must)
  • Excellent understanding of animation principles, body mechanics, and acting
  • Experience working with MOCAP data (importing, retargeting, cleaning, and editing)
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of rigging and scripting tools (e.g., Advanced Skeleton, Python, MEL)
  • Experience with Unreal Engine animation systems (Control Rig, Sequencer, Animation Blueprints) is a big plus
  • Good level of English
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills


Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of real-time animation optimization
  • Experience with procedural animation tools or systems
  • Sketching and traditional art skills
