Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Office Engineer based in Cairo, Egypt. The responsibilities include preparing and reviewing detailed shop drawings, managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), coordinating with engineering teams, and conducting quantity surveying. The role involves collaborating with project teams to ensure the effective execution of engineering solutions and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Qualifications

Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Shop Drawings

Experience in developing and managing accurate BOQ (Bill of Quantities)

Strong understanding of Civil Engineering and Electrical Engineering principles

Skilled in Quantity Surveying and cost estimation

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills

Ability to work on-site and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

Prior experience in the construction or interior design industry is a plus
