Technical Architect

About the Role

A leading real estate development company in Dubai is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Architectural Coordinator to join our project delivery team. This is an exciting opportunity for a young, energetic professional with strong presentation capabilities and the ability to develop projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping new developments — from initial feasibility through design coordination and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive feasibility studies for new developments, including site analysis, massing studies, BUA/GFA calculations, unit mix optimization, and preliminary cost-benefit assessments.
• Well knowledge in developing projects process — from initial concept and feasibility through schematic design, authority approvals, tendering, and construction support.
• Conduct market research, benchmarking studies, and highest-and-best-use analyses to support investment decisions.
• Coordinate architectural drawings, design submissions, and technical documentation between consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Well Knowledge for architectural design packages for compliance with project briefs, authority regulations (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, RERA, etc.), and quality standards.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations for internal management, investors, and external stakeholders.
• Track design progress, manage RFIs, and ensure timely resolution of design queries.
• Coordinate between architectural, structural, MEP, and interior design disciplines to ensure design integrity.
• Support the Design Manager in evaluating consultant submissions, shop drawings, and material samples.
• Conduct site visits to verify design implementation and report on progress.
• Maintain organized project documentation, drawing registers, and design trackers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience (maximum), preferably with a developer or top-tier consultancy in the UAE.
• Demonstrated experience preparing feasibility studies and developing projects from inception to delivery.
• Strong knowledge of the full project development cycle — feasibility, concept, design development, authority approvals, tendering, and construction.
• Solid understanding of UAE building codes, authority approval processes, and submission requirements.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of Excel for feasibility modelling and area calculations.
• Excellent presentation skills — ability to communicate design concepts and feasibility outcomes clearly and confidently to senior management and investors.
• Highly active, energetic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced development environment.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and follow-up abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (Arabic is a plus).
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
