Technical Architect I – Enterprise Applications / IBM TRIRIGA
Position Overview
The Technical Architect I will provide senior technical leadership and architectural oversight for enterprise business applications and integrated workplace management solutions. This individual will possess extensive experience in IBM TRIRIGA architecture, enterprise application design, systems integration, and solution development, ensuring that technical implementations align with organizational objectives, architectural standards, operational requirements, and long-term technology strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide architectural leadership for enterprise application platforms, integrations, and supporting technologies.
- Evaluate, maintain, and enhance the overall application architecture to ensure scalability, reliability, maintainability, performance, and security.
- Develop high-level and detailed solution designs for system enhancements, integrations, and modernization initiatives.
- Review technical approaches, design documents, and implementation plans to ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, developers, integration specialists, and support teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Define and maintain architectural standards, design patterns, and governance processes.
- Lead architectural reviews and provide recommendations for technology selection, implementation strategies, and solution optimization.
- Guide application modernization efforts, cloud adoption initiatives, infrastructure planning, and technology roadmap development.
- Support application performance tuning, capacity planning, and operational resilience initiatives.
- Develop integration strategies that promote interoperability, data integrity, and seamless information exchange across enterprise systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes, system functionality, automation, and operational efficiency through technology innovation.
- Evaluate technical risks and recommend mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery and long-term platform sustainability.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to development, integration, and support teams.
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and organizational governance requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in enterprise application architecture, solution design, and systems integration.
- Demonstrated experience designing and supporting IBM TRIRIGA or comparable enterprise management platforms.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, application design patterns, integration frameworks, and technology governance.
- Experience developing scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise solutions.
- Expertise in application integration technologies, APIs, web services, middleware platforms, and data exchange architectures.
- Experience leading technical design reviews and architectural governance processes.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile delivery methodologies, and enterprise technology operations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- IBM TRIRIGA technical, architectural, or implementation certifications.
- Experience with cloud platforms, hybrid architectures, and enterprise modernization initiatives.
- Knowledge of facilities management, real estate management, asset management, or integrated workplace management systems.
- Experience with DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
- Familiarity with enterprise security frameworks, compliance requirements, and risk management practices.
- Experience supporting large-scale, mission-critical enterprise application environments.

Pay: $125,251.03 - $150,839.95 per year
