About Garawell Games

Garawell Games is a focused mobile studio building high‑quality hybrid‑casual and casual titles. Since 2019, our 12‑person team has created 400+ prototypes and delivered global hits totaling 750M+ downloads . We’re expanding our art team with a hands‑on Technical Artist / Game Artist who can elevate moment‑to‑moment gameplay with smart visuals, crisp animation, and efficient Unity integration.


Role Overview

You’ll bridge art and implementation: crafting performant 3D/2D assets and bringing them to life with particles, shaders, and UI motion . You’ll help push prototypes to a market‑ready level of polish before testing, while collaborating tightly with designers and developers across a variety of fast‑moving projects.


What You’ll Do

  • Create and deliver 3D assets (environments, props, simple characters incl. stickmen ) and essential 2D/UI elements for features and meta.
  • Build and tune particle effects (Unity Particle System / VFX Graph) that enhance readability, impact, and game feel.
  • Author Shader Graph materials for stylized looks; manage textures, atlases, and asset settings for mobile performance.
  • Produce clean UI animations/micro‑interactions (transitions, feedback, pop‑ups) that align with gameplay timing.
  • Rig and animate simple 3D characters and gameplay objects; set up timelines/animation clips for snappy loops and events.
  • Collaborate with dev/design to integrate assets in Unity, resolve edge cases, and maintain visual consistency across multiple prototypes.


What You Bring

  • Balanced 3D + 2D foundation (your case task will cover both).
  • Must‑have: Unity and Shader Graph proficiency.
  • Strong eye for timing, motion, readability, and tactile feedback.
  • Experience creating particles/VFX , UI art & motion , and simple character animation (stickmen/low‑poly) .
  • Solid understanding of mobile constraints (draw calls, texture memory, batching, import settings, LOD/mesh density).
  • Clear communication and a collaborative, hands‑on mindset.
  • C# scripting not required (ability to configure and hook up assets inside Unity is enough).
  • We’re open on seniority (Mid–Senior); a strong portfolio matters most.

Nice to have: Blender (or similar), Photoshop/Figma/AE for quick iterations; experience shipping mobile games.
