Position: TECHNICAL ASSSISTANT

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Assistant with 5-8 years of experience in the construction field, and a background with NICMAR (National Institute of Construction Management and Research) to join our team in Umm Al Quwain, UAE

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support in construction-related projects
• Assist in project planning, coordination, and execution
• Help resolve any design issues or technical discrepancies during project execution.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations
• Ensure that project designs comply with regulations and quality standards
• Collaborate with project managers and other technical teams to ensure timely project completion
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in the construction field
• NICMAR certification
• Proven technical expertise in managing construction projects and documentation
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to relocate to Umm Al Quwain
• Experience working in a fast-paced, challenging construction environment
