Technical Associate Research & Development

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and technically strong Technical Associate (R&D) to join our Research & Development team. The ideal candidate should have a solid academic foundation in pharmaceutics or related fields, with interest and passion towards cosmetic formulations, nutraceuticals, and laboratory research.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the formulation and development of cosmetic products, including creams, gels, serums, and related dosage forms.
• Conduct research on nutraceuticals, their active components, applications, and potential health benefits.
• Collaborate with senior scientists to prepare technical documents, research summaries, and reports based on experimental findings.
• Manage day-to-day laboratory operations, including maintaining lab equipment, preparing reagents, and ensuring smooth execution of R&D activities.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety guidelines, SOPs, GMP practices, and quality standards.
• Participate in stability studies, trials, and evaluation of prototypes as part of product development.
• Support cross-functional teams by providing technical inputs when required.

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of cosmetic formulation techniques, emulsions, surfactants, and basic product development principles.
• Familiarity with nutraceutical ingredients, their functional benefits, and regulatory considerations.
• Good understanding of pharmaceutics, dosage forms, and analytical approaches.
• Proficiency in scientific writing, documentation, report preparation, and literature search.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a research-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, observational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and comfort with technical discussions.

Eligibility Criteria

• M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics) with 0–1 years of experience.
• Strong academic background with sound knowledge of pharmaceutics, formulation science, and research methodologies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
