Technical Business Analyst

Position: Business Analyst (Techno-Functional ERP / Odoo / SAP)
Experience: 5+ years
Location: Hybrid (3 months in Goa office, 9 months remote)
Working Hours: 4 PM IST to 1 AM IST

Key Requirements:

1. Timezone Overlap

• US time zone alignment, operating from 4 PM IST to 1 AM IST to support client-facing sessions and requirement workshops.

2. Communication Skills

• Fluent English (spoken and written) – must be exceptional, with the ability to lead client discussions independently.
• Skilled in requirement elicitation, documentation, and validation.

3. Experience & Domain Knowledge

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in ERP implementations.
• Strong background in Manufacturing, Retail, and eCommerce domains.
• Capable of translating client business processes into structured documentation (BRD, FRD, SRS, User Stories, Use Cases).
• Experience working with global delivery teams and agile practices.

4. Technical Skills (Techno BA)

• Strong knowledge of ERP features: Inventory, Order Management, Accounting basics, Manufacturing flows.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo or SAP preferred, but not mandatory.
• Ability to perform fit-gap analysis and scope system capabilities vs. client needs.
• Skilled at preparing process maps, data flow diagrams, workflow diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with integrations for Shopify, ShipStation, QuickBooks, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and document client workshops, capturing detailed functional and technical requirements.
• Prepare and manage client-facing deliverables, including agendas, FRDs, BRDs, SRS, process maps, and workflow diagrams.
• Ensure all requirements are captured with clarity, minimizing misinterpretation and rework.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to align on communication style and relationship handling.
• Act as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring requirements are converted into actionable solutions.
