Role: Technical Business Analyst

Location: Abu Dhabi

Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred

Note: We are looking for candidates who have transitioned from a software development role to a Business Analyst role.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in API integrations, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and Microsoft ERP. Candidates with experience in travel or tourism technology will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical teams on API and system integrations between CRM, ERP, and other platforms.
• Conduct gap analysis, prepare functional specifications, and support UAT activities.
• Ensure seamless data flow and process alignment across systems.
• Work closely with business and IT teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or related domains.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and ERP.
• Proven experience in API integration and interface design.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
