Role - Tech Business Analyst

Required Technical Skill Set- ReactJS, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, LESS, JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS, Angular 2+, Bootstrap

Desired Experience Range- 8+ years

Location of Requirement- Mumbai / Pune / Chennai

Desired Competencies:

Must-Have:

• Proficiency with JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages.
• Experience of REACT tools including React.JS, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux.
• The ability to learn new technologies quickly
• The ability to communicate complex procedures to other colleague
• Technically sound. Should be able to provide solutions,
• Agile experience
• Has experience in Managing large and complex project requirements.
• Excellent communication skills.

Good-to-Have:

• Mobile and web development experience, React GEL framework

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role :

• Drive an effective and efficient scrum process where all team members work in the same direction. Ensure efficiency and effectiveness of your team by continuously improving processes
• Contribute to high-level estimation and participate in laying out the development sequences, challenging the product roadmap and identifying areas where technical debt can be reduced or avoided
• Willingness and motivation to learn and adapt to different technologies
• Able to document correctly & efficiently.
• Willing to try new things, not afraid to fail, learn from failures and grow, Verbal & non-verbal communication skills
• Coordinate actively with the solution architect to ensure appropriate level of validation.
