Technical Business Analyst - Mid Level- Immediate Joiner - Mumbai

This position will be fully embedded within the development team and report directly to the Tech Lead. The individual will serve as the technical bridge between developers, project/account managers, and clients, ensuring that requirements are accurately translated into clear functional specifications and that final deliverables align with original intent.

The role involves working across both ongoing monthly maintenance engagements and larger website rebuild projects.

While hands-on coding is not required, the candidate must be technically fluent, comfortable understanding how code functions, reviewing technical documentation, writing detailed specifications, asking critical follow-up questions, and supporting QA to validate final builds.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of comprehensive, developer-ready functional specifications
• Define detailed requirements including permissions, workflows, content models, integrations, and data structures
• Develop structured content migration strategies and mapping documentation
• Identify edge cases, cross-functional dependencies, and solution trade-offs
• Conduct and support functional, responsive, and multi-device QA/UAT processes
• Maintain strong expertise in WordPress architecture, governance standards, and CMS rebuild best practices

Engagement Details
