About the Role

Seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to support a variety of CRM, data, integration, and analytics projects across multiple client engagements. This role works closely with clients, developers, and internal teams to translate business needs into clear technical requirements, ensure data quality, and support successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
• Support CRM and analytics projects, including implementations, enhancements, integrations, and reporting
• Perform application QA and data QA, validating functionality, data accuracy, and business rules
• Write and validate SQL queries for data analysis, QA, and troubleshooting
• Support analytics and reporting initiatives, including dashboards and operational reports
• Assist with data migration, reconciliation, and ongoing data integrity checks
• Manage and support multiple concurrent projects
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Batchelor's degree in CS, IS or related field
• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst
• Prior hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or similar)
• Strong SQL experience for data analysis and validation
• Proven experience in application QA and data QA
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a client-facing consulting environment

Hours & Commitment

• Long-term opportunity for the right candidate.
• The role required availability during a major part of Eastern Time (EST) hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

Pay: ₹1,200.00 - ₹2,000.00 per hour

Experience:

• BA/PM: 6 years (Required)
• Microsoft SQL Server: 5 years (Preferred)
• CRM: 3 years (Preferred)
