ASSISTANT CREW ROSTER CONTROLLER

We are seeking to hire an Assistant Crew Roster Controller, who will join our Operation Control Centre Department. The Assistant Crew Roster Controller will assist in the preparation of Flight Crew Duty and Leave Rosters ensuring its compliance with Company Flight and Duty Time Limitations prior to dispatching Flight Crew. S/he will be responsible daily crew scheduling role in the Operation Control Centre managing any roster disruption ensuring crew coverage. This is a full-time job based in Abu Dhabi.

Required candidate profile:

Essential Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in aviation science, business management.
  • A minimum of 2+ years experience in crew scheduling and planning.
  • Good knowledge of UAE GCAA CAR AIR OPS Flight and Duty Time Regulations for Flight Crew.
  • Update of Electronic Flight Bag (EFB), forms, and Jepp charts.
  • Documentation and storage of post flight files and entry of flight details in the crew scheduling system in timely manner.
  • Monitoring FTL Compliance and validity of the Crew recent experience, documents, and trainings files daily.
  • Monitoring Daily schedule and managing the roster for any disruption ensuring operational crew coverage.
  • Good command of the English language (verbal and written).
  • Proficient in MS office.

  • Immediate availability to join.
  • Experienced in LEON and/or any crew scheduling system.
