Technical Co-Ordinator (Bahraini only)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, maintain, and update all technical and documentation.
  • Analyze service reports to prepare accurate costing sheets and quotations.
  • Ensure timely submission of quotations and follow-up with clients.
  • Prepare and renew AMC contracts as per schedule.
  • Maintain a database of all AMC clients, renewal dates, and contract terms.
  • Prepare AMC cost estimations and proposals.
  • Compile necessary service and maintenance reports.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Fire & Safety Engineering. Basic knowledge of fire protection systems and safety regulations. NEBOSH certification preferred. Proficiency in MS Office. Strong communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, Excel.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
