Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, maintain, and update all technical and documentation.
- Analyze service reports to prepare accurate costing sheets and quotations.
- Ensure timely submission of quotations and follow-up with clients.
- Prepare and renew AMC contracts as per schedule.
- Maintain a database of all AMC clients, renewal dates, and contract terms.
- Prepare AMC cost estimations and proposals.
- Compile necessary service and maintenance reports.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Fire & Safety Engineering. Basic knowledge of fire protection systems and safety regulations. NEBOSH certification preferred. Proficiency in MS Office. Strong communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, Excel.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
