Job Requirements

Design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow customizations, including workflows, reporting, scripting, and third-party integrations.

Strong understanding of ServiceNow components: Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and workflows.

Ability to lead ServiceNow implementation projects, manage configurations, gather requirements, and perform QA/UAT.

Experience delivering end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, including technical architecture and vendor management.

Familiarity with agile development environments.

Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
-
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Web Services.

Holding ServiceNow certifications is a must: Certified Administrator/ Certified Application Developer/ Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM/HR/GRC/VR/ITOM/SecOps)

Experience integrating ServiceNow with other tools.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or Computer Applications (BE/BTech, MCA).
