About the Role:
As a Technical Consultant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients' UKG WFM implementations and ongoing success. You'll work closely with a team of consultants, project managers, and clients to ensure seamless system integrations, data accuracy, and optimized workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique business needs and UKG WFM requirements.
- Analyze existing systems and data to identify opportunities for improvement and integration.
- Configure and customize UKG WFM solutions to meet client specifications.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality and data integrity.
- Provide ongoing support and training to clients on using UKG WFM effectively.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with UKG support to resolve complex problems.
- Document processes, configurations, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience working with UKG WFM (formerly Kronos WFM) solutions.
- Proven experience in system configuration, integration, and data management.
- Strong understanding of workforce management concepts and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with UKG Pro or other HCM systems a plus.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., SQL) and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Pay: $35.00 - $75.00 per hour
