Technical Content Writer

At SaffireTech, we offer development services to e-learning and e-commerce businesses based on WordPress. We specialize in LearnDash and WooCommerce and offer WordPress plugin development services. We work with businesses big and small and have serviced clients all over the world. We also have our own products for LearnDash and WooCommerce. These products add some functionality to online websites (like helping them group and sell products at a discount).

Key responsibilities:

1. Create contextual content pieces (blogs, newsletters, landing pages, emails, etc.)
2. Ensure content adherence to the short-term and long-term marketing goals.
3. Understand customer needs, identify gaps in our content and recommend new topics
4. Edit, proofread, and improve writers' posts.
5. Track content performance (traffic, conversions, bounce rate, etc), review and update published content as needed.
6. Assist the team in marketing activities as and when required.

Who can apply

1. Freshers can apply but candidates with relevant experience will be preferred.

2. Should have a customer-led mindset when thinking about technology.

3. Should be extremely hands-on, driven, and have a strong bias for action.

4. Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment.

5. Should be a structured thinker and possess good analytical skills.

6. Should have great written and verbal communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹370,000.00 per year
