Role Responsibilities

As a Technical Content Writer, you’ll:

• Learn and Write:
• Research and write blogs, articles, and whitepapers on topics like software testing, automation, and AI.
• Simplify technical concepts into easy-to-understand content for diverse audiences.

• Create Engaging Materials:
• Develop user-friendly guides, FAQs, and tutorials for Alphabin’s tools and solutions.
• Contribute to case studies, product descriptions, and marketing collateral.

• Collaborate with Experts:
• Work closely with QA engineers, developers, and AI experts to ensure content accuracy.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to bring fresh ideas to the table.

• Optimize for Impact:
• Learn and apply basic SEO practices to ensure content reaches the right audience.
• Use feedback from readers and stakeholders to continuously improve content quality.

• Support Innovation:
• Stay updated on industry trends in AI, automation, and QA to write relevant and impactful content.

QualificationsMust-Haves:

• A Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Strong research skills with the ability to learn new concepts quickly.
• Interest in technology, software development, or AI.
• Eagerness to learn SEO, content management systems, and other writing tools.
• Basic understanding of software testing, QA methodologies, or automation tools.
• Familiarity with writing tools like WordPress, Grammarly, or Canva.
• Awareness of AI technologies like GPT or automation trends.

Preferred Skills :

• Strong research skills to write on highly technical topics.
• Experience using content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or HubSpot.
• Knowledge of SEO tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva or Figma to create visuals for technical content.
• Exposure to scripting languages (Python, JavaScript) or technical documentation tools is a plus.
