- Join as a Technical Content Writer to communicate complex technical concepts through clear, compelling content for business and technical audiences, strengthening digital presence and building thought leadership in software development.
Job Description / Duties and Responsibilities
- Write technical content including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, landing page copy, product descriptions, solution pages, and thought leadership articles
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, engineers, and product teams to gather insights and technical inputs
- Create SEO-friendly content optimized for search engines to drive organic visibility and rankings
- Work with marketing teams to align content with keyword strategy and lead generation goals
- Research and write about current trends in software development (cloud computing, AI/ML, DevOps, mobility)
- Review and edit technical documentation ensuring clarity and consistency
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for content strategy and marketing campaigns
- Develop content for email campaigns, marketing collateral, and presentations
- Ensure timely delivery of content aligned with business goals and project deadlines
Job Specification / Skills and Competencies
- 2+ years experience as Technical Content Writer in technology/B2B organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of SDLC, enterprise software, and emerging technologies
- Ability to write for different platforms (website, blog, social media, email) and audiences
- Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress
