About the Role :-
We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Technical Content Writer to create high-quality user manuals, product documentation, and training materials for our ERP-based medical/healthcare software. The ideal candidate should have experience in writing clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for technical products—preferably in the healthcare or ERP domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain user manuals, guides, SOPs, and training documentation for our medical ERP system.
- Translate complex technical information into easy-to-understand content for end users.
- Collaborate closely with developers, QA teams, product managers, and subject-matter experts to gather accurate product information.
- Update documentation based on new releases, product enhancements, and feature changes.
- Ensure all content follows document standards, version control, and quality guidelines.
- Create workflow diagrams, screenshots, and visual aids to support written content.
- Review and edit existing documentation for clarity, grammar, consistency, and accuracy.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Writing, Computer Science, Healthcare, or related fields.
- 1–4 years of experience in technical writing, preferably for ERP or healthcare software.
- Strong command of technical writing tools (MS Office, Google Workspace, Markdown, etc.).
- Ability to understand software modules, workflows, and technical concepts.
- Excellent written communication, research ability, and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with SDLC, versioning, and documentation processes is a plus.
- Knowledge of medical/healthcare terminologies will be an advantage.
