A Technical Content Writer is responsible for creating clear, accurate, and concise documentation for complex technical products, services, or processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create/Maintain Documentation: Develop and update technical documentation, including user manuals, API documentation, knowledge base articles, tutorials, release notes, and FAQs.
- Translate Technical Jargon: Convert highly technical and complex information into easily understandable content for the target audience (e.g., end-users, developers, system administrators).
- Collaborate: Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), engineers, product managers, and support teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of content.
- Adhere to Standards: Follow established style guides, terminology, and content standards.
