Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Content Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in creating high-quality technical content, with a strong understanding of technology trends, software development, and IT services. The role requires excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop, write, and edit technical content, including case studies, blog posts, technical guides, and documentation.
  • Research: Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics, and analyse information from multiple sources to generate original and engaging content.
  • SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to ensure content is optimised for search engines and aligns with the latest SEO guidelines.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with developers, engineers, product managers, and marketing teams to gather information, understand content requirements, and ensure content accuracy.
  • Content Strategy: Assist in the development and execution of content strategies that support business goals and objectives.
  • Editing and Proofreading: Edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, and technical accuracy. Ensure all content meets the company’s style and quality standards.
  • Content Management: Maintain and update existing content to ensure it remains current and relevant. Manage the content calendar to ensure timely delivery of content.
  • User Manuals and Documentation: Create and maintain user manuals, technical documentation, and help guides for software products and services.
  • Training Materials: Develop training materials and content to support internal and external training initiatives.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure content remains relevant and informative.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, technical writing, communications, computer science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of technology, software development, and IT services.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and experience in implementing SEO strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and documentation tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.

Working Days - Monday to Friday (5 Days)
Timing – 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM (9 hours)
Location - Jaipur

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
