Technical Content Writer - Cybersecurity

We are looking for a Technical Content Writer with strong cybersecurity knowledge who can independently research, write, and publish high-quality technical content. This role is ideal for someone who understands modern security challenges and can break down complex topics into clear, practical insights for technical and business audiences.

You will take ownership of cybersecurity content strategy and ensure accuracy, clarity, and credibility across all materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and write in-depth blog posts, guides, and whitepapers on cybersecurity topics
• Create content around cloud security, identity and access management, zero trust, compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001), DevSecOps, container security, and AI-related security risks
• Monitor industry trends, vulnerabilities, and threat reports to produce timely content
• Translate complex technical concepts into simple, structured explanations
• Develop technical documentation, product explainers, and educational resources
• Ensure all content is technically accurate through thorough research and validation
• Optimize content for SEO while maintaining technical depth
• Support marketing and business teams with technical insights and thought leadership

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience writing technical content in cybersecurity or related technical fields
• Strong understanding of core security concepts (IAM, encryption, endpoint security, network security, vulnerability management)
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST
• Ability to independently research technical topics and verify accuracy
• Excellent written English and strong analytical skills
• Ability to structure complex information clearly and logically

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in computer science, information security, or IT
• Experience writing for cybersecurity startups or SaaS companies
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Understanding of container security, DevOps, and AI security risks
• Basic knowledge of SEO best practices
