Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Technical Content Writer & Account Manager to handle proposal writing, client communication, and account management tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting persuasive proposals, managing client inquiries, and maintaining a professional communication style to drive conversions and strengthen client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Proposal Drafting:

Research client requirements and craft customized proposals for projects.

Write engaging, persuasive, and error-free proposals to increase project win rates.

Tailor tone and structure based on client needs and service offerings.

Client Communication:

Respond promptly and professionally to messages and inquiries.

Maintain a friendly, helpful, and solution-oriented communication style.

Build long-term client relationships through clear, consistent communication.

Account Management:

Monitor and manage account activity, including message response times.

Maintain profiles.

Track proposals, project statuses, and client feedback to ensure timely delivery.

Content Writing:

Assist in FAQs, and supporting documents.

Create standard templates for proposals and client communications.

Develop creative and professional content to improve client trust.

Education:

Graduation

Requirements:

Proven experience in technical content writing, proposal drafting, or client communication.

Excellent written English and strong command of grammar, tone, and style.

Ability to research client requirements and adapt writing accordingly.

Strong organizational skills to handle multiple client conversations simultaneously.
